With a science-backed approach, I design personalized programs that blend corrective exercise strategies with intelligent strength training. By addressing muscle imbalances, improving joint mobility, and enhancing neuromuscular control, I help clients build resilient, pain-free bodies capable of tackling life’s demands.

Working with desk workers battling chronic stiffness, I thrive on helping people unlock their potential. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me nerding out on the latest research in functional anatomy or experimenting with innovative training techniques.

Boxing Gloves
I’ve been working with Aelio for almost two years. I came to him out of shape, overweight and with chronic lower back pain. I wanted to build a functional, strong body. First we tackled my lower back problem which made it hard to workout without being in pain afterwards by working on functional, deep-core activation. Aelio is a stickler for good form and we tailored my workouts to protect my back while I built strength and stability in my core. Since then I have had hardly any problems with my back, and as long as I stick to the good form Aelio taught me I can do almost anything in the gym without being in pain. I’ve gone from my back waking me up multiple times a night to hardly ever noticing I have a problem there! I’ve also built real, functional strength. I’ve lost 10% body fat and am at the weight I feel comfortable while feeling (and being) stronger than I was in my thirties. Aelio makes every workout hard, but fun, and I can honestly say that in 2 years I’ve never been bored. He’s a fun guy to train with and very talented at what he does. I can’t recommend Aelio enough!
